Always appreciate what you write. Always thoughtful. On C21x a video was posted that just reminded us that there clearly has been psychological operations going on for decades to divide us , to make us hate one another and ultimately kill one another. I don’t disagree that this is intentional and is truly happening. But equally as true, this is not a political issue and it’s often reduced to that argument. At its core we are an increasingly debased culture who hates truth. Gods truth. We should not be surprised. Jesus said we’d be hated like He was and killed like He was. As our culture continues its spiral into moral decay there is only one solution. It’s not political to reach across the aisle. It’s not civil debate. It’s recognition of our desperate need for salvation. Salvation from self destruction only comes from Jesus Christ. We need a heart transformation as a people. There are NO other answers. Transformed hearts don’t rejoice in evil. Without internal restraint the need for external restraint to maintain a society increases exponentially. The Holy Spirit gives internal restraint. Our republic was only meant to survive if we were a moral people. We no longer are and we are on a self destructive path. Why we are not on our knees in our churches praying and pleading about our current desperate situation breaks my heart.
Evil begets evil. Violence multiplies violence. There is no 12 step program for ignorance of the evil. These twisted minds cannot be reasoned with. The more death they commit, the more riled they become. Each idolizes the previous perps. They want their 15 minutes of infamy. This is a paid promotion, violence, mayhem and chaos, by those who will benefit by the downfall of our Republic.
This is not unlike the Muslim terrorists looking for glory and their 72 virgins.
The only way to deal with this sickness is to defeat it. Full on, in your face battle. Be aware. Be prepared. It is coming, no, it is here, so be ready.
I don't know how to solve this either. The Democrat party is a RICO criminal organization along with its main sponsors, but if one could succeed in convicting them as such, in their minds, it would comfirm their warped view that the conservatives are indeed fascists. The best that I can come up with is that evil is self-destructive, so one should act to accelerate their self-destructive mechanisms while shielding as much of the healthy part of our society from the fall out as possible. I still remain uncertain on how one goes about implementing this. There are some basic things, like shutting down the money fueling this, but beyond that, how you bring a divided country together, I have no idea.
I think this scripture is descriptive. “And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God”. 2nd Corinthians 4:3-4. They are blind to the actual good, their minds are darkened by evil and have so convinced themselves of the evil of conservatives that they won’t or can’t listen to anything or anyone who contradicts their tightly held precepts. I do think it’s a spiritual battle far more than anything else.
I am from the UK and in 2016 when Trump became president I was staggered at the reaction by many to him. The protests seemed way over the top. I now see it as you say as goats being separated from the sheep.
You are totally right in all you say. I have been dumbfounded by the people who have said awful things about Charlie Kirk. They are playing to the devil. The past election confounded me, but I should not have been surprised. Young people today whine and complain about everything. I would like to send them to another country to see exactly what is required of them and the 7 days per week, 12 hours these people have to work. I am fortunate that my friends are all Judeo-Christians and behind our President Trump. Of course, if anyone declares to me that they are opposed to our Nation and the way we are trying to get our once Great Nation back, I have no use for them and remove myself from their company. I will not abide such ignorance. I am a proud Constitutionalist, raised by a family who made certain that my sibling and I visited all of our early heritage as our families were here long before the American Revolution and many members lived in pre-revolutionary war homes - so wonderful! Yes, it's shocking to see the neon-haired group celebrating, but to see teachers, administrators, doctors, academics, psychiatrists, and other supposedly "normal" people celebrating is bone chilling.
The missing link is a workable mental health technology. Someday it will be found and used to replace the made up weapon people run into when they ask for help. It will rely on the powers of the spirit instead of the powers of the pill.

We must understand that this is how Evil can destroy our country. I pray that God blesses our leaders with wisdom and dignity every day.
